Embarking on a Technical Journey

Since December 2019, I have been contributing as a Systems Administrator at Amazon in Bucharest, Romania. My role involves providing comprehensive technical support to corporate employees worldwide. This has allowed me to research, resolve, and respond to a wide array of inquiries through various channels such as web chat, email, and calls.

Building Foundational Skills

Throughout my career, I’ve diagnosed and troubleshot end-user computing problems, documenting interactions through detailed call logs. My experience also extends to understanding the importance of standard operating procedures and knowledge management to deliver accurate technical solutions. Before Amazon, I worked at Signal Iduna, where I managed Active Directory accounts and developed expertise in ticketing systems and troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Aiming Higher: The Path to Full Stack Development

With a solid foundation as a Systems Administrator, I am now transitioning towards my goal of becoming a Full Stack Developer. My journey began with a certification in IT Fundamentals and is further supported by continuous learning through Cisco networking courses. I aim to blend my comprehensive technical knowledge with programming skills to design and build sophisticated web applications. By leveraging my experience in troubleshooting and system management, I believe I can effectively navigate the full stack development landscape.
